JCC IOM held it’s annual General meeting on Tuesday 14^th September at the Claremont Hotel Douglas. The AGM was well attended, coinciding with an informative talk from local IT consultant Owen Cutajar on the use of Social Media in promoting business.

The AGM saw new appointments on the Executive Committee. Steve Burdett stood down from the position of President, being replaced by last year’s Chairman Richard Davies.  Alex Duffy took over as Chairman for the forthcoming year.

JCC’s next event takes place on Wednesday 13^th October 6pm at the Claremont Hotel, Douglas.  Tim Craine (E-business & Space Commerce Director) and Alex Downie (MLC) will present an update on the growing Manx Space Industry.  The event is open to members and non-members.
