Notice is hereby given in accordance with Article 12(1) (b) of the Constitution of the IOM JCC that the Annual General Meeting of the JCC will be held at Sanderson Suite, Claremont Hotel, Douglas, Isle of Man on Tuesday 14th September 2010 at 7.30 AM to:

1. Receive the report of the Council in relation to the year ending 31st August 2010;
2. Receive and approve the accounts of the JCC for period ending 31st May 2010;
3. Elect members of the Executive Council of the JCC for the forthcoming year;
4. To make minor amendments to the Constitution of the JCC.

In accordance with Article 9(2) of the Constitution of the JCC a list of the current Executive Council Members and their offices is attached. The current Executive Council Members who have expressed their willingness to stand for re-election as Executive Council Members are endorsed as such on the list and have been duly nominated.

In accordance with Article 9(2) (d) of the Constitution of the Junior Chamber of Commerce only paid -up members of the Junior Chamber are entitled to vote at General Meetings. There will be no proxy voting.
